1. DIGITAL ACCESSIBILITY & WEBSITE COMPLIANCE
  • 1.1 Conformance Standard: We strive to conform our website and digital materials to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA standards. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive limitations.

  • 1.2 Digital Optimization: We implement accessibility features across our site, including text alternatives for images (alt-text), consistent structural layouts, screen-reader compatibility, and appropriate color contrast models.

  • 1.3 Alternative Access Pathway: Please be aware that our digital accessibility efforts are ongoing, and third-party widgets or automated embedded systems (such as maps or checkout software) may occasionally present compatibility hurdles. If you are experiencing any difficulty navigating, viewing, or interacting with our website due to a disability, you have an absolute alternative pathway to our services. Please contact us immediately, and our team will manually guide you through the logistics, read listing descriptions aloud, or process your booking directly over the phone or email at no additional charge.

2. PHYSICAL ACCESSIBILITY & TOUR BOUNDARIES
  • 2.1 The Nature of the Physical Environment: Our guided tours (including "Bars Unknown," "Must-See Spots," and "Where the Spots Are") are outdoor, on-foot physical experiences that take place entirely within the public urban environments of the Las Vegas Strip, Fremont Street, and the Arts District. These terrains feature inherent architectural and environmental elements that are outside of the Company's operational control.

  • 2.2 Route Architecture & Demands: A typical tour operates as a continuous walking experience that lasts approximately two (2) to three (3) hours, strictly dependent on cumulative stop times and overall group size metrics. Routes generally cover 2 to 3 miles over public concrete sidewalks, multi-level pedestrian bridges, and crowded resort walkways. Experiences regularly subject participants to changing pavement grades, high-volume noise, flashing casino signage, heavy pedestrian traffic congestion, and extreme outdoor desert heat that routinely ranges between 100°F and exceeding 110°F.

  • 2.3 Third-Party Operational Limitations & Infrastructure Deficits: While sidewalks constitute public property, many elements of our routes rely on municipal or county infrastructure. Participants are contractually notified that there are zero traditional, street-level pedestrian crosswalks crossing the main automotive lanes of the Las Vegas Strip. Crossing the roadway requires vertical travel up and down over road-spanning bridges. The Company does not own, test, or manage public escalators, county pedestrian bridge elevators, or private resort access points. Public escalators are frequently out of service, undergoing maintenance, or broken. Furthermore, public county elevators suffer from frequent mechanical failures, severe uncleanness, biohazard contamination (including human waste and vomit), or temporary occupancy by unhoused individuals sleeping inside them. If a public elevator or escalator is broken or inaccessible, the route will divert to concrete multi-level municipal stairs; participants must possess the physical capacity to navigate these stairs to complete the tour.

  • 2.4 Total Seating Deprivation & Indoor Venue Constraints: Participants are explicitly warned that there is a complete and absolute absence of public benches, public resting nodes, or municipal outdoor seating spaces along the thoroughfares of the Las Vegas Strip, Fremont Street, and the Arts District. Our routes are generally conducted as straight, continuous walking paths. Our guides will actively accommodate an individual request to pause and seek rest; however, because outdoor public seating does not exist, all physical resting stops require entering independent third-party commercial properties (such as casino resort floors, lounges, or bars to utilize seating at a slot machine or restaurant table). Entry into these spaces is strictly subject to the private property’s independent security controls, age gating (21+ requirements), patron dress codes, and transactional requirements. Certain historical or high-density venues may feature tight seating arrangements, high bar counters, or dim lighting layouts that are unalterable by our Tour Guides.

3. ACCOMMODATION REQUEST PROCEDURES
  • 3.1 Mandatory 48-Hour Notice Policy: To help us maximize your safety and enjoyment, guests with mobility devices (wheelchairs, scooters), service animals, sensory sensitivities, or any specific accommodation needs are strongly instructed to contact us at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to their scheduled tour start time. Advance notice allows our operational team to map optimal bypasses, notify security at partnering venues, and advise you if any sudden public infrastructure outages (like broken county elevators) will impact your specific route.

  • 3.2 Right to Mutual Adjustments: If an unforeseen operational barrier arises, we will work with you in good faith to find an alternative tour time or a suitable route adjustment. However, to preserve the structural safety and pace of the scheduled group experience, the Company reserves the right to advise adjustments prior to departure.

4. ACCESSIBILITY FEEDBACK & CONTACT HUB

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website and physical operations. If you encounter any accessibility bugs online or have logistical questions about your physical accommodations on the walk, please reach out to us using the official channels listed above in our corporate contact block. We target a response and resolution window within two (2) business days.
