Cancellation Policy
Vegas Blueprint Booking & Refund Policy By booking a ticket with Vegas Blueprint, you explicitly agree to the operational rules and financial terms outlined below. Punctuality & No-Shows Our public tours and crawls operate on optimized, strict schedules starting exactly at their posted times, typically 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Because Vegas resorts are massive, disorienting mazes, you are required to arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the tour starts to check IDs and brief the group. If you are late, the tour will start without you. Once moving, our guides are actively navigating crowded properties and cannot answer phones, reply to texts, or coordinate mid-route catch-ups. Arriving late or missing the group constitutes a non-refundable no-show. Cancellations & Rescheduling Our group sizes are kept strictly limited to guarantee a premium, personalized experience. When you book a slot, it is entirely removed from the market. Cancellations or rescheduling requests submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time are eligible for a 100% full refund or a free date transfer, subject to availability. Any cancellation or reschedule request made within 24 hours of the tour start time is completely non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions will be made for flight delays, transit issues, weather, or personal schedule conflicts. Age, Identification & Conduct For all beverage-focused routes, including Bars Unknown, all participants must be 21 or older with a valid, physical, government-issued photo ID or international passport (no U.S passports). Digital copies or smartphone photos of IDs are not accepted by casino security. If you are denied entry to a venue for lacking proper physical ID, no refunds will be issued. We maintain a professional, high-standard environment. The guide reserves absolute authority to immediately terminate the tour for any individual displaying abusive, unsafe, or overly disruptive behavior without a refund. Operator Adjustments We operate rain or shine utilizing climate-controlled resort corridors. In the rare event that Vegas Blueprint must cancel a tour due to extreme emergencies, you will receive an immediate 100% refund. Because venue schedules shift, we reserve the right to alter specific route stops without prior notice; a venue substitution does not constitute an operator cancellation. Private group bookings require separate terms locked in at the time of invoicing.
